Giving Back
At Champion, we want our employees to thrive, both personally and professionally. Serving the community is a substantial part of personal growth.
At Champion, we believe in giving back by making a positive contribution to the communities in which we do business. Through our human and financial resources, our goal is to conserve energy, limit our carbon footprint and make our communities a better place to live.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio
For the past five years, Champion president and CEO Brian Yeager has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio (BBBS). In 2010, Brian and his "little" Frank, had the honor of being awarded the Community-based Mentoring Match of the Year by BBBS.
In an effort to benefit BBBS, Brian organizes an annual charity golf outing sponsored by Champion. The 2011 Doc & Yeager Invitational raised $10,000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters of CentralOhio.
Champion is also a sponsor of the BBBS Bowl for Kids' Sake charity event. Employees team up to raise funds for BBBS in an effort to make a difference in the lives of thousands of central Ohio children. In 2012, Champion raised $11,246 for BBBS.

YWCA Columbus
Starting in 2012, Champion will volunteer at the Columbus YWCA Family Center. The YWCA Family Center provides emergency shelter and supportive services for up to 50 families every day by offering resources and support to stabilize families who are experiencing a housing crisis. Once a quarter, 12-15 Champion employees will serve dinner to nearly 200 people at the family center.

Champion is constantly looking for additional ways to give back to the community. If you have information on a charity event, please send it to info@championre.biz.
